Order Processing
Every order is prepared with care and intention. Please allow 2–4 business days for processing as we steward each product with excellence. We believe in doing all things “as unto the Lord,” and that includes the way we prepare your crown care.

Shipping Timeframe
​Once shipped, most U.S. orders arrive within 3–7 business days, depending on your location and carrier delays. You’ll receive tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.
We do not ship internationally at this time but have hopes of expanding in the future!

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once your order leaves our hands, delivery is managed by the carrier. If your package is delayed, marked delivered but not received, or appears lost, please contact the carrier directly. We will support you with any documentation needed. We pray over every order and trust God to cover the journey of each package.

All Sales Are Final

Because our products are handcrafted, personal‑use items, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges. We appreciate your understanding as we honor stewardship, hygiene, and integrity in our process.
Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, we will gladly make it right. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Photos of the damaged item and packaging
• A brief description of the issue

We will review your claim and send a replacement if approved. Our heart is to serve with grace and excellence.
Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once they have entered processing. Please review your order details carefully before submitting. We appreciate your understanding as we work diligently to prepare each product with intention.
